For vivo's MR smart glasses — vivo Vision — I led motion design across the entire product lifecycle: from concept incubation and interactive demos in the earliest phase, all the way to the mass-production launch. Along the way I helped define the visual-interaction standards the team uses for spatial computing.
Spatial UI has no gravity, no screen edge, and no scroll bar — so motion carries far more of the interaction language than it does on a phone. I built the MR motion system from scratch: the principles, curves, spatial transitions, and feedback patterns that make a floating interface feel physical and predictable, then authored the guidelines that unified the design language across the team.
The implementation went engine-deep. Working directly in Unity, I used DOTween to fine-tune motion parameters myself instead of tossing specs over the wall — closing the gap between design intent and what actually ships, at full fidelity.
Most of the detailed design work is under NDA, so this page stays deliberately light — the shipped product tells the story best.
